How much of it is spoiler?
So i am asking, since i know that at some point it is original non-canon story at wano, at what point in the anime do i reach this?
Do i have to watch everything up until wano or what?

I can't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure they skip the entire Zou arc, so you should be good if you've watched up until the end of the Whole Cake Island arc. The Wano arc contains barely any canon material.

oh because i played the first level and due to charlottes conversation in the series with kaido i felt like there was quite a lot of spoiler, phew!
