The matchmaking in this game is freaking terrible. You -have- to have people on your friends list and invite them. Can't randomly find anyone.
1 - There is no 1 large pool of players you can select to search through and join a game mid-session.
2 - You have to wait in a lobby first.
3 - The search options are so separated you can never find anyone.
It's clear they made the single player then made the multiplayer around it after. So you end up with clunky counter-intuitive tacked-on multiplayer.
Well that's a bummer. Bandai really needs to patch this game up badly
