How to unlock common skills like Concentration, Resilience, Full force burst enhancement?

I completed the story mode once. But I'm still missing some common skills like Concentration, Resilience, Full force burst enhancement and many other skills. How can I unlock these common skills? Thanks!

Do I need to complete the story mode mission with certain character or play though on harder difficulty or do I need to complete certain mission to get these common skills? Any help is appreciated.

Some skills are Islands in Character Card (2nd card)
they have a star as a symbol
for exemple in the 2nd card for Zorro is a skill which restore health while in Burst mode
just check all chars than you find all of the skills
