kuzan is cray, ice age and third string are OP. When he freezes enemies he also stops their shield refill timer. However he is nowhere to be seen on S-Rank speedruns for the stage you are evaluating.

It's one of those things where you can be OP and better than most of the roster, moves that stay safe, but slower at completing tasks that even lesser characters can complete when they run the same stage. Could be no one has yet to try hard enough with him though.
