Laggy Cutscenes
The gameplay is just fine, no lag, no issues or anything. Whenever I get to a cutscene, the audio and frames get super choppy, is anyone else having these problems?

I get laggy cutscenes. It's like it's running at a lower framerate for some reason.

yea its not just you, my cut scenes are running at 45 fps like wtf
From what I'm hearing cutscenes are coded at 30 frames per second, so if you play at higher fps the game stretches the 30fps cutscene out to filling the rest of the frames instead of just locking the game to 30fps during cutscenes. Don't know how PW3 managed to play its cutscenes at a decent speed.

My cutscenes run perfectly and I have the framerate uncapped. They just run at 30fps regardless.

I notice if I turn OFF 30FPS limit(mean the game is running at 60fps), the cutscene is laggy. If I turn ON 30FPS limit(mean the game is running at 30fps) then the cutscene is running fine. So you either choose smooth cutscene while the whole game is running at 30FPS or laggy cutscene while the whole game is running at 60fps. There is nothing you can do, it is a bugs/bad coding. I hope the developer can fix this soon. If we send developer complain on glitches, maybe they will fix it?

If you guys have Nvidia GPu's try setting vsync on in nvidia control panel it fixed fps during cutscenes. 60 fps all the time i hope it helps :)

This game doesn't support Windows 7. Time to upgrade to 10.

Win7 is already obsolete (was discontinued in January). No new game intentionally supports Win7 anymore. Update at the earliest convenience (doubt you can make use of the free upgrade promotion anymore though)

The funny thing is you can watch the cutscenes in whatever video player and they work fine.

The game doesn't like Borderless/Windowed.
Fullscreen fixes the problem, and seems to make it run better, at least with my setup.
