I try everything i can, check local files, restart my computer, nothing works... My brain will explode

Have you tried turning off full-screen optimisations?

In my properties i have 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings', i already test that, but nothing change. Nothing mentions full-screen optimisations. (Im on Windows 8.1)

what CPU do you have?

AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.40GHz (8Gb RAM)
Its not very powerful but i can play some games more greedy than oppw4 so..

Game works flawlessly only on Windows 10, should check the requirements before buying the game.

the reason is - lack of SSE 4.1+ support
