I say this as someone that slept on the ability because I never really go around to testing it. The third level of the ability activates the attack buff (Swords pick up) every 200 KILLS. With the buff lasting 30 seconds you easily have the attack buff on the whole fight. I thought it would be 500 at best like the last game and wrote it off but dear lord it is making Katakuri swing for a ton of damage. I have all the money/coin/crew level skills on and only have two free spots and this skill is probably the most general damage up for one skill point. Just thought I'd share.
