Disappointment with Costumes/Characters

I've been loving the game, but just wanted to vent about my frustration regarding costumes that are already in the game, yet are not available for the player to use.
The fact that Pre-Time-Skip *costumes* are not even available to characters outside of Luffy, Zoro, and Usopp is a true disappointment.

Characters like PTS Franky, while a sore loss, are understandable as he would require a rework from PW3, however costume's such as Brook's, Nami's, and especially Robin's (They put Miss All Sunday in and you can't even use it? Horrible.) are literally used when the characters are controlled by AI.

I understand that my position to complain is diminished, as I did hand over my money, thus telling the company that this practice is acceptable, but I still wanted to get this out there.

i agree, they rushed certain aspects of the game. i thought it was going to be perfect in all areas. but apparently not, they said its the final OPPW game too

Seriously, any modding out there that adds them back?
(The 3d models are the same as in PW3 as far as i can tell)

The lack of costumes is mind blowing, did not expect that at all!
I wanted to play as Pre-timeskip Franky and Nami, guess not.
Its like someone took them out on purpose or something...

agree, ima bout to buy the game and have been watching gameplays tried the game from a friend too. The story mode is trash... completly changed everything changed not even close to opw3. only combat and scenarios graphics are good in this one. but its 2020 and thats all they can do ? remove characteres already in the previus game and add some new... have you take a look at the sunny ? the tree on the boat it really suck so bad they didnt even took the time to put a d amn decent tree on the boat... idk why this happens. they made many one piece games world seeker burning blood. you have tesoro sengoku gark have great models for all of them. if its bandai why dont they share theyr things idk the models at least. as years goes its seems we get less quality in games. They dont even care to make a great game a game that you ll still play after you finish many times.. ps2 games are still playable and great games lol... wii game pirate cruise great op game way better dan world red the new one.. ive get this pw1, 2 and 3 on my ps3 hows that they never added mr1 2 3 theyr great characters and they play a role in the prison too. at least you can use them as partners in pw3. thing is the most simpliest things in the game are missing whys that ?
Excuse my long comment since i didnt buy the game yet. Im a big fan i had them for my ps3 the previous ones and experienced with many muosu games how they use to downgrade. they never go all up they have to downgrade something.

I just hope that eventually they do what koei techmo did with hyrule warriors which was adding free characters, but in this case outfits

Bandai doesn't have that Nintendo money/willingness, so I doubt it
