Can I start on Easy if I want to get all achievements?

My current approach for 0, Kiwami, and Kiwami 2 so far has been to enjoy the story on easy (and later finish all side content) and then just do a Legend run to get the final Legend difficulty achievement. I can't see if that's possible here as the only Trophy Roadmap I found recommended starting this game on Hard Mode to unlock EX Hard Mode, but that guide was for the original Yakuza 3 and not the remastered version.

Can I still follow my previous approach for the other games with this one? Can I start on Easy and finish the game and all content, getting all achievements except for the Legend difficulty one and just plan to do a Legend playthrough later for the final achievement?

Nope, you still need to beat the game on hard even on the remastered version

Damn. Does it affect the overall experience much Vs Easy?

i believe 3 and 4 dont have missables, 5 does though
i played y3 on normal, hard, legend, it was pain but after beating it twice already legend was a breeze

3 has one missable and its related to the hostess maker. You need to give your hostess a very specific outfit.

Thanks guys. I take it this game has EX Hard (called Legendary in the other games) which is unlocked after beating it on Hard. I'll continue on Hard then.

Okay guys, finding Hard really tedious as the opponents block a lot of attacks. Can I just start again on easy and get the golden gun or whatever and then do the hard and EX hard runs later? Can I still get all achievements aside from the difficulty related ones this way?

Saw that one coming.

You can absolutely do an easy run, do 100% completion as well as the climax battles for infinite heat gadget, then do Hard and Legendary NG+. I recommend it!

Yeah I know the feeling. Just a few heads-up:s

1) you need to max the Heat Tree for 100%
2) to max all trees you really need to grind.

I suggest starting with the Tech and Body trees, they got a couple essentials early. When you get them high you can move into Heat to unlock all hacts.

The last body upgrade is just even more hp. You can just as well get it in ng+.

Thanks buddy. Btw does it use Cloud Saves? Just wondering whether I need to worry about losing my progress if I uninstall it xD

i barely had enemies blocking in yakuza 3, happened way more on yakuza 5, not to say 3 didnt have any blocking like 0/kiwami but it wasnt as noticable as 5, id say the blocking for me was mainly with bosses which is where i really learnt to hone my combat skills instead of spamming
