Possible way to skip the intro?

I mean the first cutscenes when you open the game, all those logos.

Try hitting the esc key. Not sure if it will skip the logos but it should skip the movie

Yeah you can skip the movie just fine, even with a pad. My concern was about the logos, it's always the same problem, I'll never get it.
Not skippable the first time? It's fair. But then allow me to skip it the second time. :/

I have serious trouble skipping the intro. I've started the game a number of times and it just doesn't want to respond to all the usual suspects on keyboard/controller. Worse still, it seems to lock the PC into it as well, no tabbing out either.

It is somewhat annoying because one of my biggest pet peeves about JRPGs is their tendency to have these 'spoiler' intros with clips of all the big banner game events edited into them. Stuff that would have been nice to see for the first time while you were playing.

I think I might have figured out what is happening.

Despite the game filling the screen as the splash screens come up and intro plays, sometimes, I think the game doesn't have the 'focus'. Your PC is acting as if the keyboard & controller presses are going to another program.

So, when I notice that I can't skip the intro, I alt-tab through the programs running until Yakuza 3 is highlighted, then when I tap 'START' on my pad it skips right to the menu. It's worked for me, so if you're experiencing the same thing maybe give it a try?

So i just downloaded Yakuza 3 today and when I play i can't hear certain Sounds effects like the sound effects during fights or footsteps during walking or even the first video(totally no sound) when you start the game , can any one help me ?

Ever since from the first yakuza games back from the ps2 era their intro always will shown some scenes in the game if you complaint even about this tiny little stuff obviously this sagas are not really meant for you move on to fornite then bruh

Okay, let's see... my reason for commenting in this thread was due to the fact I couldn't skip. So that 'just skip it' advice is particularly stupid. You're really not having much luck understanding basic concepts, are you?
