[BUG] Transparent elevator

I had the same issue.

Yeah, same issue here. Fortunately it's just a texture glitch and the collision is still there.

In my playthrough, the elevator completely disappeared and trying to step in the middle section would lead me to fall to my death every time. Then I reloaded, and that time it turned invisible after clearing the gunk but it was still there like in the screenshot above. It was usable but awkward.

As of 30TH DECEMBER 2023, not fixed the invisible lift floor. WHY?? whats this attitude? IS this the new state of games? pump it out and dump it? oh yes, like most companies these days :( Guess I'll not be buying the legendary steamworld heist makers games. Also, most discussion threads have top pins regarding concerns addressed, but nothing? Last game update 2022? Right.

As of 20.05.24 this bug is still there. And for me it's the falling to my death version...

you only fall to your death because the platform rose to the top. Use your scanner to see the red symbol to determine if the platform is on your level or up above.

That's not true. Read the comments. The elevator turns transparent and kills the immersion. Some can walk on it while transparent some fell through.

i got the transparent elevator too.
you can fix it by saving and reloading the game tho

Yeah.. or you send the elevator up while falling down yourself. You don't die but soft lock your game. I'm so glad this game does auto save.
