When I did the game show I picked the rose instead of the ring, is there any way to get a ring now?

You will need the shovel so you need the 5 million dollar mansion first, but yes.

you can also get from the dating show guy buy the 5 million dollar house, choose marriage and he'll give you the ring and the rose
