"Hidden vending machines"

If you check tuckers "friend tip" or whatever its called, if you have the quest to give him 2 rage bars it says, and i quote "GIVE TUCKER 2 RAGE BARS TIP: YOU CAN BUY RAGE BARS IN HIDDEN VENDING MACHINES" So im wondering about those vending machines. Does anyone here know about them?

idk if you ever figured this out but behind one of the "paulmart"s or whatever theyre called there is a rage bar vending machine. I believe it is in diamond bay

There is one in Golden Springs, behind the gym. There is one in diamon bay, behind the gym aswell. probably there are a few more.
