Help with the casino tournament

Hi everyone. I have an issue. I have no idea how to start the casino line. I’ve been to sushi city and Pizza Hut and been in the basement, won half a million in each, but it doesn’t show as a tournament. Just that I was playing some hands. Please help. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. Just how do I actually start the tournament.

Did you try the hotel casino in Golden Springs? I've also heard diamond bay has a place to gamble?
