Maxing out ranks

Anyone got any good tips for maxing out the ranks?
Consumables are easy as soon as you get the energy stone.
Times gambled are just playing lotto or scratchers.
Mini games I assume are done by playing a lot of space blaster.
Work as a teacher is the one I'm trying to grind. Is there any easier way to get it? Don't upgrade the bed and get the energy stone/use consumables?
