How do you "supercharge" the Soul Gem?

I seem to have hit a dead end on Pineapple Island. I cannot proceed through the Wardrobe at Backyard Pizza without first supercharging the Soul Gem, and I have no idea how to do that. I presume it has something to do with the Shadow Boy costume and collecting the souls of the living, but I'm not certain. Help?

You have to collect every single soul. Collect Rusty's soul and in the movie you can find the mayor cat who you can also collect their soul. Those were the ones I was missing.

I collected all souls for getting Tme Stone. Then I collected Kenny's, Rusty's, Claw's and Taylor's souls, but nothing happend... What I missed?

Good to hear, i haven't really tried it out for myself so far since i've been quite busy lately.

The souls you need are Kenny, Rusty, Claws, and Taylor. If you let Taylor deal with Claws, you just need Taylor's soul between those two.

You should be able to get back to Cat Land the same way you got there the first time. It doesn't just get locked off.
