So I Am Trying To Finish The Game And I Need To Buy The Super Golden Mansion On Pineapple Island, But When I Talk To Austin All He Says Is Thanks For Playing My Game Does Anyone Know What To Do?

Had the same problem.
You'll need to give him Ice Cream first. You can purchase Ice Cream randomly from the klick inc Building next to him.

i saw a guide and tried to find the ice cream but whenever i try all i see are pizza or other rotational items so is it luck or am i softlocked b/c i tried for 50 days and didnt get ice cream (i have the luck stat)

You don't have to go to sleep / wait an hour. Just click the building. If the ice cream is there, buy it. If not, just exit the window and click the building again. Totally random.
You also need 100M Pineapples to buy the mansion.
