Tooth Fairy Teeth

I've managed to find 2 of the 3 teeth required (by punching people) and 1 golden tooth (thanks Bezos). I don't think there are any more quests for punching people, I've met everybody and completed their quests (except for the last page of people). Where can I find this 3rd tooth? Thanks.

its to the left of the tower from paris, you get it by doing james quests
