when i go to area51 and try to talk to alien it requires Secret I.D. i don't know where to find it

West of the Paulmart in Golden springs, in the top right of their parking lot, you can move east through the trees. Once there, you meet up with Willie, and in duffel bag next to him, will be the usb stick.

if you take the usb stick to the computer behing the pawn shop (move through the gap in the gate left of Papa Jay's), you can use it to open up a secret file. Inside the secret file is the secret ID.
