Still needs a toggle for everyone joining COOP dialogue so that everyone is visible and companions following other players can interact when able.

But next time i visit his palace all the attendies are dead and steel watch is just walking among the corspes.

I'm pretty sure he just killed everyone. or maybe gathered all the people who'd oppose him and killed them. I had the same thing and didn't question it
