Wyll is the scorpio archtype and Minthara is the Aquarian, the rest I agree with Wes.
I might have to agree with this actually... the one off putting thing with Wyll is that he seems to fit easily into being led which is not a normal thing for a Scorpio, it's not that they can't follow it's just that it's not their natural role and thus feels off putting for them... again we're talking loosely about personality traits in the zodiac so no science here at all.
Still thinking but this is much closer to me.
I put Wyll scorpio category as his raging vengeance boner gets in the way of a healthy relationship.

My g'ma taught me to cast horoscopes as a teen, and made extra money with it in high school. Dropped the faux personality matrix charts for cash when I graduated high school and began my life. Didn't want to waste time on making people feel good about themselves based on star movements.
That said Always found that I, a Leo sun, Virgo moon, Gemini rising... having the first two houses in Gemini and the 7th and 8th houses in Sagittarius with no house rulers in Taurus or Scorpio, to be curious because it either means something or it all means nothing. lol

Well that's strange because War Maiden does "associate," & sees herself closer to Minthara? She said that they're "a lot" alike,, even though it's a EVIL drow,, so maybe WM isn't a scorpio after all.

There was no right or wrong, just thoughts on the types. Apologies if I came across as an expert, call me more an curious dilettante on the subject of astrology. You had two differences of opinion of type which are completely valid, in the high bar of astrology there is no right or wrong when dealing with fictitious characters.

After everything I know about War Maiden,, I'd say that the fault all belongs to her.
Remember that her favorite character is Minthara,, but she also likes to name all her characters "Viconia" as well. So that says a lot about the kind of scorpio you're dealing with.
This is one reason I prefer Laezel,, because even though she's evil.... I don't see her toying & manipulating men like that.

GQ doesn't have a secret love for Wyll, & actually "loves" all the companions openly lol. Except for Astarion for some weird reason,, so maybe he's the one that GQ secretly loves most?

astrology is actually the _Oldest_ 'science' known to man,
the _only_ higher learning that was ever passed on through generations (besides farming, hunting, etc, the 'survival basics') -
was astrology.
Astrology is based on electromagnetic frequencies as they fly through the air,
it's actually provable using 'science' but not if 'science' means reading propaganda articles meant to confuse you,
people's behaviour, as in literally what they are doing, thinking and 'feeling' at any given second - IS and _Can Be_ recorded, 'seen', influenced and tracked using electromagnetic equipment,
This is, and has been, a 'scientific fact' for over 100 years, as known to the public,
the Elite of the world has known this through esoteric knowledge for over 50 000 years, this is part of why the Elite not only practice it but also 'hide' and veil it from the masses,
they want you to be confused because if you live your life by pride, arrogance and conceit then you shouldn't have the power of understanding and knowing about 'astrology' -
a person that thinks 'astrology' is nonsense is that much easier to control and manipulate - because he doesn't know 'himself' -
which is the greatest and truest treasure anyone can find.
The 'illuminated' of the world (the 'Elite', the Kabbalists, the Serpents, etc) all understand (to some extent) and try to find harmony with astrological principles,

The people making this game _definitely_ know and 'practice' Astrology and the opening poster whether they know it or not should realize all the characters in the game _Most Definitely_ were designed around Astrological 'Personality Templates'.
Even if a person doesn't want to 'believe' in Astrology, here's what can't be debated --
_Everyone_ has their own personality profile, the way they think, behave, act and react to various situations.
Well guess what, those 'profiles' are redundant, meaning they repeat themselves over time, places, races and ages.
The most learned of history (including who are still alive) saw the 'patterns' in people's behaviours and realized they (that is, all people) _Fit into Personality Profiles which tend to Repeat_,
from there they realized, "Wait a second, these personality profiles seem to 'spawn' based on time periods during the year"..
From there they realized, "Wait a second, these personality types seem to coincide with the alignments of the planets !"
From there you had Astrology being born.
None of this is debatable, anyone that takes the time to learn the most basic personality traits of the 'signs' starts seeing the personality patterns everywhere, it isn't debatable.
Calling astrological signs 'pseudo-science' is like someone trying to teach you math, you doln't want to learn math,
and then you go around saying, "math isn't real I don't want to admit it's existance therefore it doesn't exist' - you're the willing fool and will always be 'blind' to math since you never wanted to learn it in the first place.
Astrology is considered a 'higher' form of learning which is why it's not taught in schools - if a person doesn't learn astrology, he won't learn about personality types,
if he doesn't learn about personality types, he won't learn to understand his own behaviour -
if a person doesn't learn to understand his own behaviour - he will always act chaotic, like an animal, and be easily controlled.
This can't be stressed enough - it doesn't matter if a person 'believes' in astrology or not, the reality is ALL people have their own personality traits and behaviours,
'Astrology' is simply the fastest way to learn and understand that.
All that said -- 'Astrology' in this post is referenced as a real thing regarding personalities,
NOT as 'Sunday paper predictive horoscopes'
Horoscopes etc are basically a scam in the sense they are marketed gimmicks that originated from the premise that if you know someone's personality and behaviors, you can predict their actions over time _therefore_ having a sense of 'prediction about the future',
Horoscopes turned predicting long-term outcomes based on personality traits and habits into a scam of 'somehow' this and that will happen for no reason.
There is 'some' truth in the general sense of things taking certain turns based on planetary alignments due to electromagnetism,
but ultimately you have 'Free Will' and that's the most important thing of all, and 'Free Will' is always best exercised when you 'know yourself' - so you can actually make the best decisions based on your own personality.
Can't be stressed enough the devs of this game (and most others) __Totally__ know this,
which is why I can guarantee the 'final boss(es)' of this game will be LOADED full of astrological symbolism and signs.
I'll BET anyone as you progress further in the game you will see more and more of a 'cult group' doing 'evil things' who do what they do based on 'planetary cycles' and Ritualistic Seasonal 'Alignments' etc etc,
Their Lairs, Clothing and environment will be full of astrological symbols and pictures,
no question.
this is a lot more sensitive way of thinking and sensing your environment than the typical 'geek mode' way of thinking a lot of guys have,
guys have the power (sometimes) of being able to think 'logically', direct, and straight-forward,
but what's 'logical' is not always obvious,
in proper lingo the terms are 'hard' and 'soft' knowledge,
as humanity evolves people (especially in things like game development etc, that require teamwork) are supposed to start figuring out you need _both_ in equal measure to truly succeed at anything,
there have been GDC talks pointing this out (should be obvious but using that as an example),
that if you're 'trying to make a game', 'it is just as important to hire someone with both hard and soft skills as someone who is just really good at their job (the hard skill)',
what that means is (as it should be obvious and the person elaborated) is that if you're hiring people to make games,
people would think as a manager your 'job' is to just hire whoever is best at their 'task',
i.e. if you need a programmer then just hire the programmer with the most 'programming knowledge' and best marks in school etc,
but he goes on to explain that's not how it works in real life, because often the best programmer (i.e. the one with the most 'hard' skill capacity) is often the worst person you can hire,
because he will often have bad 'soft' skills (interpersonal interactivity ability) , and _not_ be able to work as a team, or sometimes even take 'orders' etc,
meaning he will cause problems because he won't know how to interact properly with other people (from lack of sensitivity, awareness, reading body language, knowing how to keep 'morale' up etc),
this will degrade the team, the project and even bring about the collapse of the game's development.
He concludes that, as an example, even if you hire someone who wasn't the 'best' at their job technically (i.e. not the guy with the best 'hard' skills),
if he has good 'soft' skills (knows how to relate to other people, can take criticism well, can work as a team, etc),
then he can not only compensate for not being the 'best' programmer but help keep the team together and 'get the job done' eventually.
This is a 'real life' example of why astrology is so important,
if people were to be taught and understand astrology they would already be aware of this stuff, and their lives would be that much better for it (and everyone else's around them).
Astrology is the knowledge of the 'soft' skills everyone _should_ have when living their life,
but they don't and because of that the world is a lot more chaotic than it needs to be..
