Random Question: Mouse Pointers for Windows 10 use?

So i've always wanted to change my mouse point on Windows 10 to something neat and not just a arrow. Long has my love for Baldur's gate 1 and 2 been, and now i have 3 in progress. I couldnt think of any better mouse pointer then their's. Does anyone know where i can or how i can get it for normal useage outside of the game. after looking for a while i could only find cheap knock off pointers for kids related to TV shows or derpy looking ones based on game characters.
