Constant calls for help

[Izzumi the Sheep]

During the fight against Marcus in the Last Light Inn, Mol is kidnapped and from then on the Tiefling lady's call for help appears at regular intervals. I read that we can't save her until Act 3 and I don't want to turn off the game's sound until then.
Are there any tips on how I can fix the error?

I have the same problem
I tried everything I could with Maul before the fight to remove the bug, but he still keeps calling

I've started the fight with Marcus twice and it keeps coming back. I have now turned off the sound for dialogues. Otherwise I'll be very annoyed that the previous hours of play would be for nothing.

Doing as instructed here will resolve your issue with that sound

There is no such bug. In worst case you are misunderstanding something very banal.
Such as that it is either a glitch, or you mistake the fairy's call for help as Mol.

I managed to fix the error with this.

OMG!!! Please dont do that - thats NOT A BUG. Just equip Moonlantern and you`ll get 'Examine lantern' ability (or smth like that). Its just a pixie fey inside this lantern.
