Act 3 - issue with Investigate Cazador's Palace

So I killed Cazador, convinced Astarion to be a good boy and release the spawn but after that did not go back the wat I came. Instead, I exited through the sewers as I found a place to loot below the main floor. Went to the Gur camp to talk to Ulma, but it was empty.

Had no clue Ulma was waiting for me near the glyph. Now the Investigate Cazador's Palace quest is stuck to "We defeated Cazador and released his prisoners. We should tell Ulma the good news." Went back to the chapel through teleportation and Ulma is now in the wrong place and if I talk to her she says The spawn better stay in the Underdark." as if I already talked to her .... please fix this.

So yeah, in any case first try to exit the same way you came after killing Cazador to avoid this bug.

Oh forgot to mention that the Gur do appear as my allies in the "Gather your allies" quest log even though the bugged quest is still ongoing
