Click Heels skill - no disadvantage on opportunity attacks?
Just tried the Click Heels skill on the Boots of Speed, then ran by a hook horror. Seems like it didn't roll disadvantage on the to-hit according to the battle log:

Am I overlooking something or is this a current issue?
