So there's a chance you did not quite remove them all. Modmanagers don't always clean up as thoroughly as is needed. Try this:
Sadly you need to learn how to deal with mods. What they do, how to properly add/install them remove/delete them. How mod managers work, what issues they can cause etc.
If mods run on your computer awesome. If they dont and you want them to run(because you think it is possible) then you need to invest time in understanding them. There are a ton of guides out there.
Or you can play without mods if you do not want to invest time in mods. Sadly these are the options.
Consult the mods authors for mods related issues.
As Nordhil(Hun) wrote correctly:
Learn how to use mods properly, in doubt from the mods authors. Then you will never have such issue.
And this argument merely shows, that you do not have any understanding of how mods work.
Mods are added/created to an existing game. If the game is altered, PATCHED, then a mod that was made to work with a certain version of the game will not likely work anymore. Until the mod creator updates it to make it work with the new version of the game. And if you use multiple mods, then it is possible that mod conflicts arise. As in two mods trying to alter the behaviour of exactly the same part of the game. In which case if you are lucky one owercomes the other and you will be able to run the game without hitches. But most times it will trigger unforeseen events.
