Rescue Orin's Victim

We went to the temple and confronted Orin who had Lae'zel knocked out on top of the altar. I succeeded the conversation check so she wasn't killed. But Orin then transformed for the fight and stepped on Lae'zel, killing her immediately. I figured I could just revive her after the fight, but it won't let me. Withers also has no dialogue about it. The quest just says "With Orin defeated, we can finally see if her victim is all right." Nothing about her being dead or anything. So is this a bug, or is Lae'zel definitely not coming back?

Not a bug. Game is working as intended in that regards.
