Half the screen is black

Hi guys, maybe someone know what to do, i just downloaded game from steam, when i start the game it opens on half the screen, another half is blacked out with really visible error line in the middle between picture and the blackout part, i had mods downloaded prior, but even when i deleted all of them, the issue is still there, any ideas what can help?

Vulcan can often cause problems like this on some graphics cards. If you're using it try launching the game with direct 11 instead. Tho this does sound a bit more extreme. If it isn't a vulcan problem, I guess reinstalling the game might be the best option but try looking for other solutions first. Hope it works out for you!
