Gauntlet of Shar- Ancient Altar BUG

Hello, so I've collected all 4 Umbral Gems and used the elevator. Problem is, when I put remaining 3 gems into an altar in front of the door only 1 is visible connected, doors are still closed and gems are gone from my inventory.

I've already tried from previous saves with other character, long rest and even doing all the trials once again. Unfurtunetly The altar still can't recognise my gems and won't open the door, so I can't play anymore. Please help...

I also met this problem. I solved it by using spell called knock to open the door. Hope this can help you.

I had this same issue. For me, I'm playing with mods. I turned them off and loaded all three Umbral gems into the ancient altar and it worked like it was supposed to. Saved/Quit and then loaded with mods and was good to go. Hope this helps!
