Stuck at the Shadowfell - killed Balthazar, nothing is happening

I'm currently stuck at the Shadowfell. I was at the end of Shadowfell, tried to talk to Balthazar, but the dialog was bugged. So I simply attacked Balthazar but after killing everyone, now the Quest is bugged. It still says: "Defeat Balthazar" even if he's laying dead in front of me. I can't get out of the map sooo.. I'm not quite sure what to do now.

same. shadowheart wouldnt enter eith me even tho i alreayd had the spear. i think my entire evil playthrough js bugged really sucks

You most likely broke the quest chain somewhere:(
As you have not really provided any relevant information like how you got there, what choices you took, that is all i can guess at.

it happened to me that after i finish the fight, shadowheart just teleports to camp and i get the cutscene where she leaves the group, even after freeing the nightsong, i'm still trying to figure out where it broke.

If she leaves the camp that means her approval tanked. Or that should be the reason why she leaves. I completed the temple and i did not say a damn word to her during the selection choices. she drops the spear on her own away then she talks with Aylen, with me, then Aylen again, i am allowed to loot then take the portal. Once i take the portal everyone is before the mausoleum entrance and a cutscene triggers with Shadowheart talking.

You killed ketheric thorm before going there right? Using misty step to go though the dungeon flesh wall. Cause i did that and im bugged

For future adventurers who may run into this problem. I expect if you have Shadowheart you should leave her behind for this if she is still with you. She had left my party upon my first attempt to free Nightsong. What worked for me was returning to the waypoint “Verge of Shadows” in the Underdark and entering Nightsong’s prison again. Make your way down to her and free her… again. I believe having had Shadowheart with you, completing her quest for Shar in the gauntlet, then refusing to allow Shadowheart to complete the final act of this quest is what broke the game truly releasing Nightsong. Hope it works for you!
