NimbleFinger Gloves ?

Hey, so i just found the NimbleFinger Gloves that add +2 dex to gnomes or +1 to dwarf and halfling,
My Forest Gnome Monk is currently at 20 dex (all from nat + feats) with 22 CA from equipment but when i equip the gloves i don't get the +2dex ? do i misunderstand its effect, are stats capped or is it bugged ?
The gloves don't give + 2 to dex saving throw either so i don't know, when i equip them i can't see a single difference in my stats

I'm playing with no mods just reached Act 3 and i've had multiple bugs happen to me already, like items dupping or disapearing in inventory just by sorting multiple times, the chest of mundane not transforming the items i put in or take out of it anymore, or just items with effect not activating.

This happens to me at base 16 dex too, so it's not a matter of being capped. Likely a bug...

Same here. I'm a Deep Gnome and the gloves do nothing. I only have 16 DEX, 14 base and 2 from class. The gloves just... don't work. At all.

Im at 17 Dex on my Deep Gnome, it also doesn’t apply.

Does not work on my Forest gnome bard :( Except the +1 sleight of hand does seem to work as intended.

searched for this topic.. it seems other are having the same problem as me. My ranger forest gnome is not getting +2 dex from the gloves.

My forrest gnome has also encountered this bug, hopefully to be addressed in an upcoming patch

I use the thieves gloves, gives me 2 dice.

My forest gnome has the same issue. The dex bonus doesn't work, but the sleight of hand bonus does.

No bug for me, I was wearing body armour which increased my dex +2 for a max of 20 (cats grace from the armour). So I didn't get the additional +2 Dex from the gloves
