Missing Textures clipping Clothes and even missing meshes.

So when i played chapter 1 everything was fine for the most part and for the longest part in chapter 2 aswell but chapter 3 the closer i got to the end i noticed many Textures just turned full black or Faces didn't load properly or everything looked like drawn with oil pens and missing arms for some characters. has anyone encounterd the same? the game on default sets my grafics to something between high and ultra i had no real staggers or anything.

Clean the cache as described here and try again
