(Spoilers) Investigate The murders / Impress the Murder Tribunal bug?

[MJOLNIR RECON #55]

Ok, so I'm doin a dark urge evil play through of the game. And I just went to murder all of the targets myself. But I did the Wine Festival Last. So now i have 3 hands out of four. Which is odd since I murdered the Wine woman but I didn't get her hand and Dolor just did a "♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥ I'm out".

So nooow the investigation quest tells me to go to Figaro, which I have already murdered to see if the killer left something. But Dolor is not there, since Figaro is dead.

The Impress quest tells me that I have to kill one more target to get the hand blalalalablalba.

I'm now stuck with 3 hands and no Dolor and no way to access the Tribunal.
Bug? Or am I just an incompetent Spawn of Bhaal ?
