Stuck in Mind Flayer colony

So I reloaded a save to try and get a better reward from a quest (save zariel's asset), and ever since then my character has been stuck interacting with the mind flayer neural apparatus. If I click on her, the game seems stuck in a dialogue scene with no dialogue showing. Other characters can move around, but I can't progress the dialogue. I've tried reloading, i've tried shoving my character away, and I've tried killing my character but she can't be targeted to be revived.
Even earlier saves have bugs too now- I can't interact with the hole in the tower to jump down. Shadowheart is also stuck in T pose. I started a fight with the nearby intellect devourers and that snapped my character out of dialogue, but then she T-posed everywhere and gets stuck in the dialogue. I've tried to fix this for a bit already, any ideas or help would be appreciated.
