gortash ordination dialogue doesn't start and the game is *lagging* in the city

just after you see the first iron centry, you are requested at gortash ordination, the first time i ignore it and choose to go in the city, the game was doing something that strangly ressemble online lag, party member lagging behind, running then moonwalking backward constantly, multiple second of delay for any interaction, etc... even in small place with few npc, like a basement, sewers or mage tower, i start to believe it could be because of a sequence breaking of gortash ordination, loading asset without triggering make it constantly load them in the background slowing down everything. when i went there, i aproach gortash and the game just soft lock itself even after multiple minute nothing happen.

so i load my save file at the auto save right before, go inside the room, and the samething happen again, except this time shadowheart was not lock in discussion with the other and it allow me to attack gortash to start a unwinable fight(10 sentry, 2 boss and 2 guard on high ground).

so basicly i cannot advance further, even if i do the game is barely playable in the city
