Controller Radial Issue

I did a quick google search to see if anyone else had this problem, as i doubt many play the game with a controller anyway. Found one post with no solutions. Right now the radial menus seem to bug out, one slot in one of my radial menus just constantly change what it is, and can't be removed. There's also three radials that can't be deleted (Not the main two, two bonus ones.) Generally I play with MKB so this doesn't affect me heavily, but i wanted to try playing with controller and ran into this immediately.

I have similar issues with radial menus. I got mine all nice and set, and then randomly the game will swap my radial wheels around. Less interested in a fix (that'll take hotfixes and patch updates), but I hope we get some mods or an update that make managing them easier. Being able to swap the wheels left and right would help tremendously, even fixing them when they jump around.

Also would love spellbook radial, where you'd select the spell level, and it would take you to another radial menu with all your spells of that slot. Much like how the spell hotbar works. Then I wouldn't have to keep moving my spells around my menus every time I change my spell selections.
