Druid (owlbear form) can't use "Rage"

Druid (owlbear form)

Lost the ability to use "Rage" in the middle of the game (second act). Unfortunately, I could not understand the causes of the problem.

The game requires a Rage Charge, which is not available to the Druid in this form. The skill "Rage" became useless because of this... it can't be used at all.

Oh yeah, weird. It was there a few days ago. Must have broken on the last patch. I never use the ability anyway since it can frighten allies but this is clearly a mistake.

Yea, this is annoying as ♥♥♥♥. I used the owlbear Enrage ability a lot to help myself out of sticky situations. Now the ability pretty much doesn't exist.

I've encountered the very same bug, and this is what helped me, so you can try this: Use some other wild shape (I used cat specifically), then cancel it and activate owlbear. This returned rage charges on the panel in my case.
