Kithrak Voss Bug (Spoler?)

After the conversation in the b rothel with Rafael, you can't talk to kithrak voss. Anyone found a work around?

Same issue for me. :( Real bummer as I dont want to settle for another path just to progress and I'm unsure if going back is going to fix it. Exact same spot too

I also haven’t been able to talk to Voss since starting act 3. I was hoping it would fix itself after getting the hammer, but no luck. I almost gave up on the game but decided to confront the elder brain without finishing this quest. I won’t give any spoilers except to say that I was finally able move forward without talking to Voss and free Orpheus.

Same here, tried everything I can think of. I've heard tell you can finish the game regardless as whatever is supposed to happen here happens later anyway. Wasting hours of game play doesn't make me happy.
