Error to connect : Connection Failed

When me and my friends try to play all together , we all see the ready up, but one of us is stuck being unready after character creation , he tried hosting and then it pops all of us with the error to connect prompt, he tried Desync the game from cloud and steam , verify integ, disable firewall , antiviruses off, run as admin , reset pc , reset modem.

Anyone can figure it out with us ? The connection problems are on his end , thats for sure , but what the hell and how.

There is a known bug in the cache which make some people have more issues with establishing a connection, often saying they are already connected despite they are not. Have them do as instructed here - ignore the foreword
