Report a translation problem
I was under the impression they had updated their program to work with the new version of BG3, but I use the BG3 Mod Manager and it managed to avoid this issue for me.
If you still have the message after uninstalling the mods its because theres still a file that has the mod list. cant remember which file it is but you have to delete that then the game will run normally again.

appdata/local/larian studios/baldur's gate 3/player profiles/public
delete modsettings.lsx
that will let you run bg3 again normally. dont worry that file will be recreated automatically next time you launch the game with mods so deleting it doesnt do anything, but it still wont fix the mods. itll just let you run the game normal again, you'll still have to trouble shoot to get the mods to actually work.
