Greater Invisibility.

So invisibility a level 2 spell allows you to go invisible, which gives you a advantage on next attack but breaks once you use any action like an attack, Greater invisibility has similar effect where it gives advantage BUT does not break when you attack, and instead costs concentration AND is Higher level..... So why does Greater invisibility break in BG3 on attack? is that homebrew or a bug?

Here are the rules from Phb:
Greater Invisibility
4 illusion
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Touch
Target: You or a creature you touch
Components: V S
Duration: Up to 1 minute - Concentration
Classes: Bard, Sorcerer, Wizard
You or a creature you touch becomes invisible until the spell ends. Anything the target is wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it is on the target’s person.



And this is normal invisibility:
Invisibility
2 illusion
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Touch
Target: A creature you touch
Components: V S M (An eyelash encased in gum arabic)
Duration: Up to 1 hour
Classes: Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard
A creature you touch becomes invisible until the spell ends. Anything the target is wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it is on the target’s person. The spell ends for a target that attacks or casts a spell.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd.

Notice the main difference. The level Two invisibility specificaly states:
THE SPELL ENDS FOR A TARGET THAT ATTACKS OR CASTS A SPELL!!
This is the main difference... At this point Greater invisibility in BG3 is litteraly a MUCH worse invisibility becuase it cost a higher spell slot to cast and has NO advantage over normal invisibility. The level two invisibility lasts longer can affect more targets gives advantage on first attack and by default uses lower spell slot, Greater invisibility meanwhile has NO advantage currently in game... if this is a Homebrew it is a VERY bad one!
