No way to change brightness-level after first choice

Hey guys,
when i started the game first time I had to choose my brightness level. Ingame my choice was way to dark and there is no scaler or something in the options-menu. I use the workaround by using hdr but i am still not 100% ok with that. Do you have any idea how to force the window to change it or in what file to change the value?

I've been having issues with hdr and brightness settings since they full released, others have also confirmed it to be non-functioning hopefully they'll patch some stuff to do with it because the game could look so much deeper if you could actually calibrate it. it seems pretty locked down for this specific setting
