Raid the Emerald Grove Quest Blocked. Stuck at Minthara cut scene "There are more. Hunt Them Down!"

If you kill Minthara your Journal updates that the quest is complete, but she died before she could reward you, so the conditions to complete the quest have been met, otherwise that action would not cause that journal update to trigger. You don't have to kill anyone else only Minthara, and now it's complete. I do not want to kill Minthara though. The bug/block seems to be that she just doesn't recognize that everyone is already dead.

i had this same issue and ran some tests. The one that worked for me was ensuring that Rath stayed alive after stealing the idol. During the Minthara raid, Rath was waiting just outside the door hiding the refugees. I fought him with Minthara and co, then she lead me into the refugee area. I think the game needs there to be a battle there so she can go into that room. Once we killed the refugees in that room, the cust scene with her triggered. Hope this helps.

Same, tried everything. Even killing the thieflings which run from the battle and don't comply with the turned based mechanics.
