**SPOILERS** Iron Throne Bug

I've seen discussions on reddit regarding this bug as well but I thought I would post here to further hammer in that this is a thing that happens.

When going to the Iron Throne in the submersible you have a chance to turn back when Gortash confronts you if you choose to turn back and then go back the hostages won't move. They'll stand in the same position that they start in. The only way I've found around this is to either throw them around or to teleport them using Omeluum.

Reloading or exiting the game doesn't fix the issue in my case.

I hope the devs can get this fixed.

Yeah, I wasn't ready the first time did all the quests came here at the end and they just don't move, absolute bs I don't want to have to do an identical replay to save these guys, it would of been better if I could control them

Ran into the same issue. Even tried killing Gortash to see if maybe he wouldn't activate the prison alarm. Option to return to the prison is gone afterwards. Hoping for a patch soon, would like to save Duke and the prisoners.

there's a 8 hour gap between my first visit to the iron throne and my second. the first time i just accidently happen to find the sub while exploring the sewers when I first got got inside the city. Had no idea what it was about so I left when the dude gave me the first warning. this is the very last thing i can do before progressing the story so I had to stop all together until it's fixed.

Same issue here. Kind of game breaking, since I didn't save the Tieflings from Moonrise tower ... and the only way to disable the factory would be (it seems) to free the prisoners from Iron Throne. Tried some things with Cheat Engine ... I think there must be some way to teleport them out. Just throwing them a few meters does too much damage and isn't fast enough. But yeah, best would be a fix via patch soon. Did other side quests in between, but I'm running out of them now and am pretty much stuck at the moment : )

I was able to solve it using Cheat Engine (zanzer's table) with infiinte actions. I 'pushed' all of them near the ladder, climbed up and then (from the level above) grabbed them and threw them directly 'into' the next ladder. That way they ended up in the submarine. But it was finicky work and all the angles needed to be perfect. Also took quite some time to do it that way...

Same issue, if I were to load the game before first entering the submarine I'd have to load 30 hours back. So I'm just gonna hope that they release a hotfix soon...

This has now affected other save files for me. I reloaded a previous save from prior to going to the Iron Throne. Now Mizora talks to me as if I've already saved ravenguard - even though he died to her spiders.

I attempted to upload a save file to Larian via their bug report form, but the file size limit is far to small (20 MB) for a lategame savefile (30 MB+).
