Consistent Issues
I didn't really want to post on here until I was sure there was a bug that was just obnoxious to deal with. These are only bugs that I run into frequently:

1.) Sometimes at the end of a dialogue that engages you in combat, it seems the game is still stuck in dialogue but I'm in combat. There's no interface, I can interact with whatever character's turn is, I can't unhide the interface, I've tried opening different menus... There's even a skip scene prompt on the bottom right of the screen, but pressing SPACE doesn't do anything (not even skipping the turn). Loading a fresh save usually fixes this, but it's happened to me several times and is becoming increasingly more annoying in Baldur's Gate where combat is generally started from dialogue.

2.) Vulkan is virtually unplayable. I have an entire AMD PC and Vulkan just had constant crashes. Switching to DX11 fixed all of that - no crashes since, but worse FPS/Performance.

3.) LOTS of dialogue gets skipped or repeated randomly. I've had some characters pay me compliments then entirely flip script in the middle of dialogue without any responses from my character. I've also noticed a lot of audio changes with the voice acting - some sound close in proximity with minimal effects and then will randomly change to a different recording on another sentence that sounds dramatically different. This is more of a nitpick, honestly.

4.) Skipping dialogue can sometimes do wonky things to the game. Sometimes things like item 3 happen, then sometimes it'll close out of the dialogue scene and start it back up again. This happens pretty consistently when skipping dialogue.

5.) Stutter/lag?? During combat I seem to notice this the most and it happens frequently. Characters will perform an action in combat and then it delays, sometimes taking up to 10 seconds for the game to respond to the action. ie: I melee attack an enemy with Lae'Zel. No damage appears, but the animations complete. A few seconds go by and then the rolls and damages are then registered.

Again, these are the most frequent issues I run into. Some of these issues cause me to reload saves to a point where I'm over 150 quick saves in my first playthrough.

I'm going to just keep adding onto this post with additional, consistent issues I'm running into. I don't wanna keep posting new topics...

One I forgot to mention is when NPC's witness you doing something "bad." If I have my party with me during anything illegal then the NPC delivers the same warning four times. I'm not sure if there's some kind of exemption in place or can be added that once an NPC delivers a warning to a party member in the same room with everyone else, then the NPC shouldn't say the same thing again to the other party members. Hearing "this is my last warning" four times in a row can break the immersion.

Additionally, and I'm not sure what's triggering this as I've tried to replicate the issue, but it has happened multiple times. Hopefully someone may have figured out the cause and can add to this: sometimes in trade menus when equipping and unequipping stuff, the UI gets stuck. I can't move anything in the inventory menu at all and have to close the trade dialogue and reopen it.

Also, if any one is reading this: when casting "binding" spells on weapons (warlocks and druids have these spells - i think wizards too), is it a permanent binding? I've noticed that I cast the shadow blade or whatever it's called on Halsin and ever since I have been unable to unequip the weapon. If this is a hard D&D mechanic, which I'm not familiar with, I would hope that Larian could consider leniency on this mechanic. Getting stuck with a blade I was using back on level 6 is getting really annoying. I've had to switch Halsin out for Wyl (which ended up being the better decision for my playthrough anyways).

Reloading saves frequently (because choices can be brutal - and I'm bad) can sometimes causes an infinite loading screen (it sits at 60% and never moves). I have to force close the game an reopen to fix this.

I love ya'll, Larian, but the camera makes me want to pull my hair out. It gets stuck, has issues with elevation and just does janky ♥♥♥♥ constantly. It's an easy fix, sure, to just double click on a character portrait, but it can just be obnoxious.

WARNING: ACT 3 SPOILERS

1st Issue:
During the fight with Orin, the captured ally was knocked down (not killed). I don't know if it's one specific character every time or just RNG on whoever you have sitting at camp. Regardless, my ally was knocked down and I chucked a healing potion at them. They were back up, standing still, but unable to be interacted with. After the fight I still couldn't talk to them and they didn't show up in my camp - but they are technically alive.

2nd Issue:
Killing Gortash and/or Orin seems to affect the world minimally. Hell, even destroying the Steel Watchers didn't feel like it made much of an impact (besides allowing killing Gortash to be easier). Baldur's Mouth updates with each event, some NPCs will mention it - but there's no impact like all the other decisions I've made before Act 3. I was hoping to have a new interaction with the editor of the Mouth, maybe other NPCs will change their opinions of me, etc. I dunno, just seemed a little underwhelming in that regard. I have yet to reach Upper City so I guess will see if anything changes there. The streets are littered with Steel Watcher bodies and no one cleans them up (even after multiple long rests), some NPCs talk about it but even after Gortash is killed the guards say "Gortash will handle this" all the while a herald is screeching "Gortash slain!" next to them.

3rd Issue:
Romancing the Emperor... Wow, never thought I would've done that - but I did. Your companions seem to notice this as well as they show up during the cut scene, but no attitudes change and no one even mentions it afterward. Thought that was kind of strange. This actually happens a few times throughout the game where you do something you feel is relevant, but companions seem to ignore it.

4th Issue:
The only reason I would bring this up is because I'm not sure if it's a bug or just hasn't been added to the game, but after Act 2 your interactions with your companions are pretty damn minimal. I guess a fix to this would be making romance options and such a bit harder to trigger until Act 3, but even after romancing, not much develops afterward. It felt like my relationships with my companions just went stale in the small talk department.

5th Issue:
In the House of Grief, I am unable to progress the quest line there as I do not have Shadowheart in my camp. The quest remains available, but after the lady of sorrow or whoever she is walks away from you during your interview, she just disappears. I know there's a room beyond the interview room, but I can't even investigate or roll perception checks to proceed through.

WARNING: ACT 3 SPOILERS

Regarding the whole incident with Orin. My ally that was captured was Halsin. Rolling into the next chapter against the Elder Brain, Halsin reappears during the meeting with the Flaming Fist. Again, strange bug - it has to be. He went from being uninteractable to popping up in the final speech saying "the grove's got your back."

After the group gathers around the tables, I attempted to interact with Halsin. The following was stated: "Orin's chains still bind your companion to her bloody altar." and I have the option to examine the chains which gives a descriptive dialogue. I'm not able to "release" him from these bindings. Definitely a bug.

Additionally:
I elected to have Karlach become the mind flayer. During the motivational speech into the next chapter against the Elder Brain, the dialogue seems to suggest that I'm the mind flayer. The narrator specifically states "speaking of freedom is not something they would expect from a mindflayer..." But I'm not a mindflayer, my character initiated the conversation.

And finally (so far):
As I left the room, I saw a stair case in the same room I left that I forgot to explore. So, I back tracked to go up those stairs. Funny though, the whole original speech cut scene starts again.

I explored the stair case after the cut scene, came back and the cut scene started again lol.

I also want to point out that after leaving the meeting room, Halsin is seen periodically running around then running of an edge somewhere and disappearing. This whole section of act 3 has been very buggy, to be honest. And it's likely because of my decisions... But everyone keeps interacting with me like I'm the mind flayer. I understand the Emperor and a mind flayer version of Karlach are behind me, but I'm the one talking to everyone. I feel that I should be the one handling dialogue, reassuring people, etc.

WARNING: ACT 2 SPOILERS

On my second play-through now. Going into the underdark, your run-in with Gehk Coal and his duergar -- if you sneak up on them his scout will alert Gehk, but the cut scene initiates as if we walked up on them from the beach. Even Gehk proclaims he "heard (us) coming," but we technically snuck up on them. Not sure if there's supposed to be a separate cut scene triggered here or not. Even after combat initiates I am in the same place where I was sneaking up from; just slightly immersion-breaking.

In the Grymforge, the cut scene that initiates after blowing the cave-in and saving Nere and the people behind it. The cut scene has Nere walking out, but, if you initiate combat with him it puts him back inside the cave-in he just walked out of.

It seems that if you don't go to Philomeen's hiding spot before killing Nere she's no longer available to meet, but the quest icon for her hiding spot stays there. I went all over the room, looted everything, etc. nothing triggered. This also applies to the smoke powder reserve room - even after discovering and looting it. A simple fix, if runepowder bombs becomes an issue for anyone, I think would be if you have Barcus Wroot join your camp that he should be an accessible vendor with bombs available. Just a thought.

Well hate to break it to you but nobody from Larian checks this site, sooo...all you can do is just post it for your fellow gameres, hoping that they can use the search function and find the bugs your reported here if they encounter it.

If you want anything to be fixed regarding them visit Larian forum, as per the sticky post.

Yeah, I figured as much. But it helps me to post as I play on here and then collect all of it and put it on their forums. Plus, I might get other players' feedback too which can help me tweak stuff to make sure I'm not talking about of my ass lol
