Audio problem?

I want to know if anyone else has been encountering this or knows what might be going on. Before Patch 8 everything was fine but ever since P8 I've been having constant Audio problems during the game. Mostly during conversations I'm having a very crackly background noise constantly, like the audio is peaking or glitching or something. I've tried Modded, Unmodded, Low quality settings, file integrity check, driver updates, lower volume, different headphones or speakers, everything I can think of short of a full reinstall. Does anyone have any ideas?
