Orin is missing and I can't finish the game

The flag for the Bhaal Temple temple won't activate and I can't get in the door. I successfully glitched through the wall, but Orin isn't there (even though all the NPC's say to talk to Orin, and my abducted companion is). I have tried everything I can think of on PS5, so I transferred my save file to PC and tried a couple different save editing tools to fix this but with no success. Can someone give me step by step instructions on what they would do in my situation?
