Game keeps crashing when trying to load in.

Title. I just want to play the game man. Saw that the new patch came out and that there's a mod manager out too. Game just keeps crashing over and over again. I've tried both verifying file integrity and deleting/reinstalling.

I'm running on :
I7 10700k
RTX 2060
16gb ddr4 RAM

I even put down the resolution to 1080p just to make sure it wasn't like too much for my computer or some nonsense. I've removed both steam and nvidia overlay too. I'm stumped.
