Honey Paws Missing?

Anyone else playing as a beast master ranger and noticed the bear companion doesn't have the honey paws action at level 5? Is this a bug?

i found out what it is, sorry for being so late, press the plus button on your hotbear when youre controlling the bear, its a UI issue
