Game crash loop in the silent library, Gauntlet of Shar

I snuck into the library, shot the umbral void (the Librarian), triggered battle, snuck out, and when the justiciars were done detecting presence the game glitched in an endless loop of initiatives all over the screen with justiciars dying and respawning. I have a screen recording., I will also upload a screenshot.
